The good:
1. The apartments are quite large in size 2. reasonably priced

The bad:
1. Poor thermal insulation. Be prepared for high energy bills in the winter.
2. The construction is such that sounds easily travel between apartments.
3. Slow response of the management to repair requests.
4. Poor parking etiquette displayed by a number of residents. Dont be surprised if you find a car in your spot.

The ugly:
1. Unsafe. I had my apartment broken into twice in the last couple of months. A number of complaints have been raised in the past few months, prompting the installation of surveillance equipment.
2. Weirdos in the laundry room! Unattended clothes tend to disappear.
