I lived here over 15 years while growing up. Mold/water was a constrant problem (they just paint over it). Maintenance staff not skilled, slow to fix anything (and often will replace with a used or otherwise crappy other appliance), and not very trustworthy. The office staff was almost always unhelpful or never there. Noisy, thin walls/ceilings, kids playing in the street, weirdos. Stolen clothes from the laundry room (don't do laundry at night.) Frequent false fire alarms in middle "E" building, hoodlums running around at night, weird "rules" which are enforced but "good rules" not enforced. Bad Parking (especially if you live in the far west end of the complex) and people always steal assigned parking spaces. Multiple car break-ins or windshield smashings. Some good points are that it has a pool (but not maintained well and you have to buy a key,) and that the apartments are good-sized, especially for the money. I'd live there if I were desperate, but I wouldn't choose it.
