Maintenance staff is poorly skilled and very slow to complete service requests. Mold and leakage is a wide spread issue. Particularly the bathrooms. Office staff is non-existent and run entirely out of the nearby Landmark office. When they can be reached they are seldom of any help and have even lost rent checks (twice). Noisy and paper thin walls. Kids are constantly playing in the parking lot. Add to it unannounced visits from staff into your apartment.

Wasn't a bad deal under Darco management. Don't trust the sole positive(staff) review. This is no place you want to live.
