It's the first time we've thought about breaking a lease. We can't stand to think of the fact that we live here. From little kids keying our car, to listening to the sweet sound of metal banging on metal as our parking lot became a body shop.

The owner, while he talks a good game, doesn't seem to care that there's more cars on his property than spaces. We sometimes park in high risk areas as there is literally no other place to park. It's not uncommon to come to our place (I refuse to call it home!) and see five cars we've never seen before taking up parking spaces. The management has had the unmitigated audacity to wake us at 6:30 in the morning to ask us to move our cars. However to be fair I must say that this has never happened again.

The bathroom fans are hardwired cheaply, rigged with exposed conduits and tied to horrible fixtures.

The scariest place in the whole complex are the balconies. I'd never let a child near them. The bolts holding the rail on are rusted and loose. The deck itself gives a little everytime one steps on it. We avoid going on it.

The stairwells (no elevators which is just as well as it's HIGHLY unlikely they'd be properly maintained) are not well lit and filled with cobwebs.

Move here if you need no parking, or if you
are a glutton for punishment.

Should say though that the staff cares it's just that they are a little new at this and their hands are typically tied by the management. They are also taking steps to improve the parking problem. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
