I have genuinely enjoyed my time at the Bellevue Gardens. I moved into the apartments after I got a job in downtown Bellevue. So that I literally walk 6 blocks to work everyday- which is a big plus for me. Everyone who lives there now (in the garden building- which is set behind the street building) is delightful- with friendly smiles. I thankfully have not had any issues in the apartment that I couldn't handle myself- though my patio (made out of concrete) is filthy from grime and mold, and the railing is completely unstable- so no leaning on the railing! I love birds and having the backdrop of the evergreens is fun. I haven't found the apartments to be loud- though I am in a corner unit so I have less walls shared.

I would agree that Jesse H. the manager is not friendly at all- and considering he lives on site- is rarely there or even trys to make friends. I have always wondered who owns the building- to make comments/concerns to other than Jesse- and there is no real way of finding out as Jesse won't tell you.

Though it is a wonderful location, and I wish I could stay longer- if it was a condo I'd buy it to make my own additions/corrections though it is a rental- and so I don't expect much from it.
