The manager Jessie was nice, and maintenance issues were resolved quickly. I worried about the large sink hole developing in the main parking area, and the balcony on our apt was supported by wooden braces. It looks kind of like the apartment is sinking into the ground. My only major concern was with the balcony and support. When it rained, the water would pour down from the tilted side of the balcony. For the price and location Bellevue Gardens was pretty good. The other issue I had was not getting anything in the form of deposit back. When we moved in the place was pretty dirty, and we left it cleaner than when we arrived (ie: we pulled out the fridge and there were tons of kitty toys and pet hair from the previous owner). This was frustrating since we only lived there for 3 months as my friend and I were interns in the Seattle area. We didn't bring most of our stuff since we were returning to college after completion of the internships. Overall, I'd recommend it, but don't expect your deposit back. Pretty quite and peaceful!
