It's a good apartment if you are okay with mold

It's an okay apartment complex - but it is old and it does have mold problems. Personally I was getting sick there - but I do not tolerate moldy places.

So you might enjoy it.

Apartments near 148th might also be loud.

The staff is pretty professional. Jacuzzi is great for all you jacuzzi lovers.
