A very high "Rent to Sqaure foot ratio".

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
You name a facility and you will have it but you also need be OK with a High Rent and less room space. Less room space really sucks!!

Might be just opposite to Microsoft but I would prefer people travelling a little more and live in an apartment with more space.
