Had quite a few maintenance needs come up (garbage disposal, oven, dishwasher, dryer), but they were always fixed by the next day. Staff was very friendly, but renewing the lease was not fun (required serious negotiating skills every time). Lots of uncovered parking for guests. Good location with easy access to Hwy 520. Could hear people above us quite a bit.
