Volleyball area constantly full of cat poop.
Duck poop just left on walkways until I had to clean it up myself.
Slow maintenance - I reported my drains were all plugged up and they took a week to get out to fix them.
Thin walls and floors - poor sound insulation.
Lots of bugs.
