We recently moved into one of the newly rennovated apartments. Everything is new and in working order. Our location is near the back part of the complex and is quieter than the front. There are also more parking spots available. However, since the whole complex is going through rennovation, there is a lot of construction. I believe that once all the construction is completed it will be a much quieter place to live. Our neighbors have been courteous and respectful. It's not by any means flawless but we have enjoyed our stay.
