I liked living there, the staff was very friendly (in a phoney sort of way), but then that's better than grumpy and cranky. The location was good for me at the time, and as far as renting goes I felt I could do worse.

I was told prior to my move-in date that the flooring had just been replaced. Really' It was terrible, had tears, stains, and in general was in lousey condition. Carpets too were not clean. I vacumned just before the movers delivered my furniture, you wouldn't believe the amount of black hair and dirt I picked up. By the way, this was the very first use of my new vacume -- that carpet was disgusting!!!

When in the process of renting I asked how often and what percentage the rents increased. I was told they only raise rent occasionally, and when it goes up it's generally 3-5%. HA! When my one year lease was close to renewal date, I was told that my increase would be $165. per month -- yikks, that was over 20%.

All in all I would not recommend Belevue Meadows, they're a bit dishonest, and truly don't give a hoot about their tennants.
