Not only are you required to make a deposit when renting a condo but you are required to pay a $250 move in fee (non-refundable), $35 for an access card key (you need this to get into the building) plus a $15 activation fee. The $35 is refundable at the end of your lease if you return the card key. Parking is extra at the rate of $125/mth. You can choose to park on the street but you must move your car every two hours Mon - Sat to avoid getting a ticket. Cable is free but it has very limited amount of channels... very basic cable. You can pay for HBO, Showtime, etc.. but you can't extend the basics.

The pluses - 24 hour fitness gym, sauna, jacuzzi, lap pool, large common areas - great for get togethers... it has a full kitchen so you don?t have to make a mess of yours.

Studios are approx. 300sqft and don?t get much bigger than that. It?s better to get one without a balcony, more living area. They are layed out pretty well so it doesn?t feel like a studio.

I?ve seen the 2 bedrooms and larger 3 bedroom, den condos... very nice if you can afford it.

Staff is friendly.
