This was the first apartment I lived in and the manager I think his name was Oki was really not that nice. He can be nice but can be really anal and mean sometimes. The apartments themselves were nice for the price but kind of old and could really use a remodel and the upper levels don't have balconies. If they were remodeled and balconies were put in then they could be lovely apartments. Most of the people living there are older or really quiet so beware they will complain at the slightest move. Also beware the fair housing laws are being followed cause this guy likes to almost get around them it seems like. Well overall, not a terrible experience.
