I called Belmont to inquire about available apartments and was brushed off like no big deal. The manager made me feel as if I had "inconvenienced" him in some way because I was looking for a place on such short notice. I then kindly noted that their voicemail was misleading in saying they had "1 & 2 bedrooms available" and perhaps they should change it for future inquirees. He acted as if I was stupid and still wasting his time.
I have not ever lived here and don't ever plan to. That kind of first impression is reason enough for me to look elsewhere.

Your thoughts are opinions regarding their service, not your tenancy. Your opinion of your phone call experience doesn't belong on this site. How can you possibly rate on maintenance, grounds, safety, etc?
