The Manager and Assistant manager are the two most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. The manager, whose family owns the complex, is an angry and purposefully mean man. He is petty and rude and will go out of his way to be so especially if you have had legitimate concerns regarding your unit. The assistant manager is a slob who is also rude and disrespectful. Any complaint is met with instant resistance and disapproval. I've havent seen bullies like this since gradeschool.

Both have droppped my unit without prior notice and have entered without consent. I also believe that they enter my apartment frequently while I'm away during the day. I know this is not exclusive to me. The other tenants I've talked have experienced the same. Everyone has had a bad run in with this managment. I've set up a spy cam to catch the bastards and next time they enter without contacting me, I'm calling the cops.

There is mold in the the apartments and garages and nothing is done about it.

Any repairs done to the units is the poorest of quality and cheapest of labor. The appliances are not only old but so worn out they frequently need repair. Any rent increases have to be seriously questioned. How can the rent increase 12% or more with the substandard product, service and management'

I would never recommend this complex and can't wait to find new living arrangements.

One last thing; Pet Policy''' What pet policy' Some people have dogs others aren't allowed. I guess if you're Samoan/Hawaiian you can make up the rules as you go. Parking is irregular at best. The parking lot is often flooded. The grounds are maintained on a budget.
