I stayed in one of their 1 bedroom / 1 bath apartments for 6 months. The rent was significantly lower than other nearby complexes (I payed $850/mo. for an 800 sqft. apartment with washer/dryer in-unit and a fireplace). I don't understand the reviews on here that complain about the management. Both the manager and asst. manager were nice and courteous every time I dealt with them. The asst. manager, especially, always waves, says hello and is always willing to answer any questions or take any work orders. The place is nice, nothing too special, but it's solid and well built -- they just upgraded all the windows in the complex and upgraded the insulation. The grounds are well-kept and the complex is quiet. The location is great! Next door to a gym and there is plenty of shopping / department stores within 3 mile radius to make any errands quick and easy! Wouldn't have moved, but I found a house for rent and found a roommate to make the cost significantly lower than here.
Also, for $30/mo, you can get your own enclosed garage (w/clicker) -- not a bad deal to protect your car (out-of-sight, out-of-mind) and shield it from the weather... plus extra storage space.
