Borgata apartments is a decent enough place to live for the price paid. I've been a resident there for the past 3 years or so. I've enjoyed the good location of the apartments, which is located right next to the downtown park. I like the layout of my apartment, which is a good sized 3 bedroom unit with plenty of lighting and good fixtures and appliances. The downside to living in the complex is that utilities are not included, with is a minor nuisance. Also, the garbage room is located in parking garage. The parking is not desirable in this complex as in others I've lived in. The garage is getting very crowded, and it's getting very expensive to park my cars. Lastly, I don't much like having to deal with the apartment manager of the complex. She's been a bit sarcastic and condensending to me on numerous occasions. But considering the other qualities of the place, I'd rate it 7/10.
