I have lived here for almost a year, and though we go through apt managers like water, the apartments are nice enough to hold their own. They are working on many updated and our apartent has modern appliances, new washer/dryer, and new toilets! How fun is that?
We are really loud and have had few complaints; rarely hear neighbors. Square footage is up there and with and end unit, we have many large newer windows. If the 3 bedroom townhouses were as nice as our 2 bedroom we would move into one...however, they seem outdated and funky.
