I didn't live here. My friend and I said that we would take an available apartment. We had to make the decision in one night to hold the apartment. We only filled out the rental application and not completely. I left some fields blank. We didn't even receive a copy of this application which included important information at the bottom. We didn't sign a lease. We paid the security deposit to hold it. I changed my mind and called 4 days later to tell her we weren't going to take it. She won't refund our money. I have tried calling her to find out exactly why and to just discuss things with her. I can't be reached during the day at work. However, I have told her that I'm available anytime after work to discuss this with her. She hasn't even had the decency to return ANY of my phone calls. This whole experience has been a nightmare!! So just be careful and read what you sign and get copies of it before you put any money down!!!
