Management are Intrusive Harassing Control Freaks

I lived and was mostly content, because of the price and its close location to my work. The previous manager was aware that I became married after I had moved in. Soon thereafter a new manager started and said that I had violated my lease by taking a "roommate" (my new husband!) and was making moves to force me to move out. Since when does a new spouse constitute a roommate? Especially when I had lived there for almost six months with no mention of it by them. Also new management constantly harrassed me and said my cat was outside "soiling" the grounds. And that they had actually video taped the cat outside. My cat was an indoor cat and in this city park setting there are so many stray cats, my cat would be looking through the glass outside at several other cats looking in! I was unable to use the shower in the master bedroom for 3 months as it was severely water damaged all the way from the 3rd floor (I lived in ground level). The dishwasher was worthless, but replaced rather quickly. There was a shopping cart in the entrance used for years by a couple older residents to carry groceries - the new management threw it away. None of the "assigned" parking spots have numbers that can be read. I would highly discourage anyone from subjecting themselves from the harassment, intrusiveness, and downright rudeness of this management. This includes the other complexes in called BLVD99 in Bellevue owned by the same person. It just isn't worth it. You're better off living at a Motel 6, a cardboard box, or with your mom.
