First the good: my unit was big. Now the bad: The hallways smell moldy and old. The elevator is super crapped and has nasty carpet on the walls that were coming off. The interior common areas were nasty and old. Maintenance was not in the buget. Garbage was everywhere. Parking was a nightmare. The manager was very unprofessional. I turned my unit in better shape than they gave it to me and they still kept my whole deposit! Even after the manager said they walkthough looked good.

how much was the deposit? Notice any drug dealing? Isn't there assigned parking?

You get one assigned parking spot. If you have two cars, you're parking on the street, about a block away. The deposit was $500. I didn't notice drug dealing.. but judging by the crowd, I won't be suprised if there was.
