I lived here for a year and gagged through every day. The building hasn't been kept up and the smell never goes away. Seriously NEVER! I think the manager is a really sweet woman but almost too sweet for her own good. Their were exremely loud and violent people living right next door to her and she just let them yell. They're cheap though, that's for sure.
