we have 6 months lease with them. Be frankly, compared with our last grandma (1940's) apartment, there is much better. But couples things really need to mention:

1. free parking space is never sufficient, both of us need to hunt for it everday and everytime after we leave.

2. Maintenance is terrible, the guys never get things fixed but keep telling you this is fixed'!

3. Friendly staff' yes in the beginning and real face when moving out, the staff tried to use tons of excuses to ripp off our deposit. They are just robber!!

4. The rent is above market average especially for such a early 80's apartment in Bellevue.

5. Washer/Dryer in unit, yes it is better than landuary room, but do you really want to do your landuary outside eating all the cold wind at patio in Winter'

6. The electric bill is higher cos the big gap of the main door.
