Over our 5 year stay at Cedar Terrace, we had our ups & downs. A few staff changes, and a couple of neighbor changes.

Most staff members were helpful and easy to talk to- current ones more so than the first few years. One of the owners of this place is always hard at work outside and you can tell he takes pride in his investment. He is on the roof cleaning up the moss, washing the skylights & sometimes out picking up the grounds. We actually got our full deposit back minus our last water bill (about $38.00)

Our neighbors were hit & miss. Some very quiet and one or two that had late schedules so when they got home at 11 or so- we could hear them winding down. All & All everyone was nice and easy going. Our unit was on the corner & only one unit above us- so there was nothing to hear side-by-side.

You can't beat the location- It is very private and usualy very quiet even with the freeways just a minute or two away.
