The location is great, so I really have no bone to pick with that, except for the fact that it's in Bellevue, which is just a cesspool of SUVs and soccer moms. Most of my neighbors seem to be either 18 or 50--very few in-betweens. I've had my parking space swiped a number of times. The people who just moved in above us seem to be building a boat or something with all the noise they make, which brings me to the very thin walls. Everything. You can hear EVERYTHING. Music, TV, walking, everything. It's just a poorly constructed building. Having your own washer/dryer is a perk, but I can't say they're of the best quality. All in all, you get what you pay for with this place. I think it was constructed in the early 80's, and it's starting to show. Management is adequate. My noise complaints haven't gone unnoticed, but I can't say that I've noticed a change in the noise level. This place is probably best for someone either looking to save some dough or a college student. Move-out day will be one of the happiest of my life.
