Since college- I have only lived in a few apartments but never have I gotten my deposit back- no matter how clean the place was left- I thought all management companies were just greedy. I was very suprised when Cedar Terrace issued my full deposit back to me.

My 9 month stay was nice and the office staff always greeted me by name- made me feel good when I went to pay rent or pick up a package and the gals knew who I was.
