Air Conditioning is a great bonus! Full Size Washer and Dryers are great. The apartments are a little older (80s-ish) and you'll get a little noise. Parking isn't great, but this is by far the best apartment living situation I've ever been in. Staff is the friendliest and are upfront about things. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves.
