While going through a divorce, I needed a quiet place to think and re-group. Cedar Terrace was a good choice for me because of the privacy and very quiet location. My One bedroom apartment was larger than any other apartment I had looked at- I think it was over 830 Square Feet and I had plenty of closets! I never did have any trouble with my place so I can't really comment on the maintenance staff in that respect, however- they sure do know to take care of things from the outside- Very rustic and beautifull!
