This is going to sound like an advertisement but it isn?t: I really do live here. This complex is definitely not for the nightly loud drinking party crowd, but it you want your home to be a retreat from the rest of the world then it does not get any better than this.



The property borders a greenbelt that makes it feel like a park or a resort in the woods. Nice pool that has a fountain in it for when it?s not in use, decent little workout room, the place even has tanning beds all included in your rent. The staff at Cedar Terrace really acts as if they are working just for you. You tell them something is broken in your apartment and they ask if this afternoon will be soon enough for you. (You mean today' I thought it would just be sometime this week!)

The one bedroom that I have is as big as most master bedrooms. If you can afford the top floor do it. Everyone is pretty quiet but the reviewer who said you can hear just about everything in the units above was absolutely true.



Honestly I feel like they?ve spoled me from every wanting to rent any place else. I just signed on for another six months at the same rate and I got $100.00 off my January rent and they are going to shampoo my rugs again. Did your landlord do that or did he just raise your rent'



If you do like to entertain, for a reasonable price you can rent the clubhouse is pretty nice. I have rented it at least 5 times in the past year and every person who has come has said "Wow, this is nice!"
