I have just recently moved into my 2 bedroom apartment here and things have gone very smoothly for my household so far.
This site was helpful in our decision making and while we have lived in a few different complexes over the past 4 years, I hate to tell you, a lot of the complaints we reviewed on our top three choices were very common and something we have learned to be a reflection of "renting". Sometimes you get lucky with a good quality nighbor and sometimes you dont.
Cedar Terrace seems to be very quiet, laid back and decently managed. I encourage you to at least visit and see for yourself.
