What a complete and utter piece of crap this place is. The walls are thinner than paper, so unless you?re hearing impaired or don?t mind hearing your neighbors? every breath, you?d do well to steer clear. My roommate could actually hear the person in the apartment above snoring. The management are unpredictably responsive depending upon their opinion of your problem, so that can make living here a little difficult as well. And good luck on getting any more than $10 of your deposit back. They actually charged us for not emptying the lint trap in the dryer. God forbid you should forget to cover up a thumbtack hole in the wall. On the upside, it?s pretty cheap, although the price is directly linked to the materials used in construction, which were obviously the cheapest available. The design is very late 70?s blah?lots of mustard yellow and beige. The proliferation of trees is nice in the summer, but it was so damp in our place that it kind of got to be a drag. We had mold growing on the inside of windowsills, so allergies got to be pretty unmanageable, although I don?t know if second and third floor units are quite as damp. It was so damp, in fact, that we never once used the air conditioning system last summer, when it was about 80 degrees every day. I had someone steal my parking space quite a bit towards the end of our year there, so parking issues can arise. The location is decent if you enjoy living next to a busy highway and in the middle of nowhere, which I believe the brochure calls ?tucked away,? as though it?s some quaint coastal town in New England. I couldn?t leave this place quickly enough. I?d recommend it to frat guys. I can?t think of another demographic who could handle it. Pluses include the fitness room and the pool. Save yourself time and aggravation and rent elsewhere.

I agree with you, everything this person said is true, I've had people take my "reserved" parking spot more than once, and it was the same car. The management is worthless and they enjoy putting cozy ratings on here to mask the fact that this place has insulation that makes kleenex seem thick. my neighbor loves to slam the door as hard as possible and it accually makes my aparment rattle, and double parks all the time. and if you like soap operas, you won't have to watch them on tv no more, Just come live here and you'll here every argument that your neighbors are having.
