I cannot say enough about the office staff. they were really wonderful people. As well as maintenance staff too. things were always dealt with the same day. I lived there for 4 years and was really sad that I had to leave. The rent is expensive but considering it's Bellevue....that's pretty standard in Belleuve. Plus the staff will go out of their way for you.

A couple of things to be leary of..it's in a wooded area, and mold grows in Seattle. Take measures to ensure you do not get mold in your apartment. Leave closet foors open to expose areas to light...open windows..etc..
