I have lived here at Cedar Terrace now for almost 5 years. There was a management change earlier this year.
I considered looking at other communities to see how my apartment compares... for the rent I pay... I have a lot more space and storage. Plus, I know that things here are improving.
A lot has changed... they have been trying to make this place look nicer. We've got new pavement. That was a hassle when it was being done... parking, however, it looks great now!
We have new roofs. That was annoying too, they started early and it was noisy the days it was being done at my building... but I won't need to worry about my roof leaking when it rains this fall and winter.
There have been a lot of changes yeah, but they have been for the better. It shows that the new management is trying to improve it here and for that I plan on staying for a little longer until my dream house is ready for me.

Dude, this must be the management talking. My Husband and I have lived here for five years as well and this cannot be the case. The management is rude and unfriendly and the complex looks like hell, because they don't finish a project they start for about seven months.
