We have lived here for almost three years, the management changed last year and even people that are new here allready hate it.
The insulation is paper thin, the garbage only gets collected once a week so it quickly piles up, People put thier furniture outside the garbage even though thier not supposed to.
The parking is limited,if you have two cars and want to go out in the afternoon you'll have to leave one car in the open parking space otherwise you'll be left with no parking. there's was a car that was broken into last week and it was parked in a good area. the rent is high and the apartment is'nt worth half of what their asking.
The maintanence is'nt too bad, they have two guys that are pretty reliable, those two are the only possitive thing about this place.
I'm itching to get out of here, I can hear my neighbors preparing dinner and making out. Don't waste your time, You can get better, This one is the worst for insulation and overall satisfaction
The office is now renovating the lobby and the fitness room, they don't care about the apartments themselves, basically their polishing a turd. and I've noticed that some of the tenants that have dogs will let thier pets poop anywhere, I've practically almost stepped in it and theirs some right in the guest parking near the office.
and right outside my apartment, it smells like piss because of careless pet owners.
Since they starting allowing Dogs, there's poop everywhere.
If the apartment manangment gives you a good deal its because their selling you a lemon.
