This apartment complex is the WORST place I have ever lived for one sole reason - the customer service. The people in the office dont have their acts together, dont understand anything about how to treat customers and dont care about what the customer wants. Everything takes 3 weeks to get done (signing a lease, getting a credit check, calling you back). The Essex management is just aweful.... oh and you would think that someone in the office would be nice and able to answer your questions - but no, the person I have delt with is rude, condescending, a general pain to deal with, and is seriously incompetant. If you want a place that is run by helpful management, this is a BIG NO NO NO!
