I am a current resident at Cedar Terrace apts, really looking to move.
I moved into the complex in December and so far there has been a few cars broken into and the locked mail room has been broken into twice that I know of. The complex manager is refusing to add any video cameras for security.
I was told by the apt manager that my mailbox was not affected in the brake in.
Boy, were they wrong.
It turns out all the mailboxes in the mail room was hit, and someone stole my credit card and activated to tried to use it. I would have known my mailbox was broken into I would have called the bank sooner.

It seems like the apt complex in going down hill fast. Very bad cheap insulation, you can hear conversations or your neighbors going to the bathroom.
The only good thing I can say about the Cedar Terrace is that there apts are pretty large sized.
But I really feel unsafe living there now, since I heard about all the brake ins, and the property manager is unwilling to do anything.
I am even thinking about placing a BAD review in the Microsoft blog.

Could not agree more. Management has changed hands. Moved in in 2005 place was well kept & clean. The grounds now are trashy. The maintenece crew will just drive by trask in the drives. No more landscape crews to cut costs. The breakins are true. I am now concerned as we were told also that our mailbox was not tampered with. Better call the back. I will freak is someone has stolen nmy identity. If this happens can you say lawsuit. Also the office folks are not very nice to work with. Do not come here.The turn over rate here is out of control with good reason.
