I can only comment on the apartment I live in, but I love it! I live in a 1-bedroom on the bottom floor and it's amazing! I have no neighbors to any side or below, only above. The 1-bedrooms are huge with TONS of closet space. The bedroom has 2 closets, 1 is a standard sliding closet, the other is a walk in. I have a private patio with storage, a huge living room, enrty way and good size kitchen. My bathroom is big and I have Central Heat and Air Conditioning! My only suggestion is to pay for a parking spot, as free parking is very sparce.
