I have lived here going on two years now, and yes there are a few things that could be better, but it isn't nearly as bad as most of these reviews. (And NO I??m not a manager) I live on the top floor so I can't comment about people above me. The 20 something's that live below me can make a bit of noise but not a lot and not at inappropriate times. I think the people beside me are old or something because I never hear a peep from them. I DO get direct sunlight, so I??m guessing that I live on the opposite side of the building as the person who complained about that.
Parking can be an issue, but not nearly as bad as these complaints. If you come home around 5:30-6:00 like everyone else then yes, you will have to fight for free parking. Earlier or later has never been a problem for me. If walking the distance of one side of a city block once or twice a week is absolutely intolerable, then don??t live here.
When I talk to the management I am down to business. I don??t want cookies, coffee or coddling. I have never had a problem with them or maintenance.
