Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
We have lived at this community for over 4 years and ever since essex took over as the property management a 1 1/2 yrs ago the place has gone down hill. The mail boxes have gotten broken into twice now, and car thefts are becoming more apparent. It used to be a nice quiet community to live in, now i dont like going out of my apartment by myself late at night. They have been "painting" the apartments for over a year now and ours is still multi-toned; we have called about our carport light out over 4 times and it still hasnt been fixed. The staff (outside of the maintenance crew) is rude. I would recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
