This place is awful, the only people who aren't complaining are the scuzzies who are ruining this place. I found a large chunk of those people are friends with the people in the office, so a complaint verbal/written won't be of any use.
Parking is a huge problem on the side of the complex with the office and pool so I absolutely don't recommend anyone going for one of those apartments. On the other half I hear they tend to charge you for one parking spot instead of giving you one with the apartment. I wouldn't park under any trees either, they don't water greenery unless its the flowers by the entrance. Which means the trees rain sap from being too dried out, so you'll be washing your car every couple of days.
If you have a plumbing or some other building problem don't count on it to be taken care of for about a month or so, for they will lose your work orders repeatedly. If you have some other concern or problem, don't count on them to pick up the phone during office hours, they're usually too busy chatting amongst themselves or reading a magazine. Other residents and I have gone in literally two minutes after trying to make calls to the office and have found this going on.
There have been car and mail room break-ins. I've come across people walking around my car and eyeing stuff in it. I recommend not keeping anything in your car and leaving the arm rest and glove box open.
The pool and spa are pretty unsanitary; they don't change or keep up on the chemicals. My parents used to own a pool and I bought a simple test kit to check it out. :( Pests are a problem here too, there have been a few rats living out of the storage units on the back porches. There are huge spiders and a variety of other large creepy crawlies living in apartments. They claim to have sprayed but with them I wouldn't count on that.
Noise is a big problem too, people are blaring their stereos and TVs, so loud you can hear them from the street. Once again the office won't help you.
This seems to be happening on a little over half of the complex, but with so many people moving out and the way things are shifting; I can see this going from a little over half to all of the complex.
