Red zones parked up regularly. If you have a car in the carport good luck getting it out (if you live over by the pool). Partying at all hours (can smell the pot), people talking on cell phones on sidewalks outside bedroom in the middle of the night during summer.
Visit the complex on weeknights and weekends. There is no parking after 6pm. If you need something fixed email the office. Most repair requests take 4 weeks. Afternoon, early evening & weekends, there are young children riding bikes in the parking lot.
