Office staff regularly loses maintenance requests. The front office "assistant" manager rolls her eyes when help is needed. Obvious she likes to warm the chair, but not do any actual work. Essex needs to drug test all their employees. They spend more time smoking outside than they do clearing parking and noise problems.
ESSEX WAKE UP and protect your investment. Your employees are dragging down the corporation. Your maintenance staff is very nice though.
