Don't bother cleaning when you move out.

I bought out my lease after 4 months. I cleaned the apartment really well and they
still charged me for cleaning it. There was nothing in the lease about a non-refundable cleaning fee. I also never hung anything on the walls since I didn't plan
on staying at that dump yet they were going to charge me $150 for touch up paint. I complained about that and they backed off. Very sleazy operation.

Same thing happened to me! I lived there for 4 months (short term lease) and also cleaned the apartment very well thinking that maybe I'll get my $200 refunable deposit back. Well, that wasn't even enough to cover the "professional cleaning fee" that Cedar Terrace supposedly charge. Well, they should let tenants know of such fee if it's part of their move out process but of course they only want to keep your money and then some! I also complained about the cleaning and wanted a detailed invoice as to what was cleaned in the apartment. They ended up sending me a letter instead stating that the $200 covered the cleaning and that I didn't owe them any more money. Imagine someone who was willing to pay without any questions... Undercover ghetto for reals!!!
