I just moved in and regret it already

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. We moved into what was supposed to be a completely remodeled two bedroom/two bathroom apartment. Unfortunately, we signed the lease before even getting to see the finished product. The workmanship is horrible. The shower doors are missing, kitchen cabinets are on backwards, multiple outlets and light switches don't work, you can see patch holes, sanding, and spackle through the "new" paint job, closet doors on the back porch don't work, the linen closet doesn't have shelves, the microwave that is supposed to be above the stove isn't there, the molding around the floor does not reach the carpet, there are scratches on brand new doors, and I think they bought the new stove in the scratch and dent section because it's all dented on the top. And these were only the major issues. It's been horrible trying to deal with the staff to get these things fixed. We have lived here for two weeks now, and the only things to get fixed were the doors on the back porch. Multiple promises have been made, but there is no follow through. We get lied to by the staff here over and over again. And in addition to things not getting fixed, they have not offered us any compensation. Now I have to call the corporate office and start dealing with them. I really would have thought that with the amount I pay in rent and the fact that I was supposed to be moving into a fully remodeled apartment, things would get done more quickly and they would be more accommodating. How very wrong I have been.

actually I lived in the same apartment complex and our unit came with a microwave.....I don't feel like this person's expectations were too high.
