Do NOT move here! I have lived here for 2 months and I am breaking my lease because it is so horrible. The people that work in the front office are the most unpleasant people I have ever met, especially Sarah. The "remodeled" apartment I was supposed to move in to looks like it hasnt been updated in 10 years. The appliances are old and outdated and barely working. Barking dogs can be heard 24/7, and there are dog droppings everywhere. If you have a problem and need a maintenance man to come and fix something, give them at LEAST a week to make it to your apartment. And parking, parking is horrific!! You get one assigned space per apartment so if you have 2 people living in a 2 bedroom apartment one person is forced to search for a spot and non assigned parking spots are scarce. All in all, I would not reccomend this complex to anyone. The apartments are extremely over priced for the quality. Cedar Terrace also advertises that it takes only 5 minutes to get to downtown bellevue from the complex and thats bull as well. It takes at LEAST 15 minutes to get to downtown bellevue from the complex. Find somewhere else to live. If you are going to pay as much as you would pay to live here, you can find a MUCH better apartment!!
