I highly recommend not moving here. First of all, the parking is absolutely horrible, you are lucky if you can find a spot after 5pm. They like to have "gatherings" of some sort (I'm not sure what they are) at the main office/lobby area a couple nights a week which brings in a ton of people and their cars (that don't even live here) from all over which makes the parking situation ridiculous and means you will most likely have to park a half-mile away. Second of all, the apartments are really old and not that nice. I could have a WAYYYY nicer place around here for LESS money. The washer/dryer is outside on the back deck as well. I highly recommend NOT moving here.

That's exactly how it rolls over there...but you should try Bellevue One down the street the rent is decent and the apartments are pretty nice.

I lived there a year ago and it is the worst apartment I have ever lived in, The Insulation is paper thin, The assigned parking spot is a joke, I had people park in my reserved spot many times "overnight" and the management did nothing, of course.
The Blonde chick that works there is a Super------ who should'nt be working anywhere involving customers.
When we decided not to renew our lease, they did'nt believe us that the old management gave us a good rent on the apartment and were treating us like we're stupid.
If you move there, Get ready to pay alot of money, know your upstairs neighbors schedule and love life, If there are two of you, Musical chairs with your cars, Mailboxes that are prone to be broken into.
The one and only good thing I can say about Cedar Terrace is the school district is good, your child will go to a nice elementary school but there are two other apartments up the street, like the Bellevue One that have more possitive rating and reputation and you still get the nice school ditrict.
And Also, If they give you a deal on rent, Lower than what the internet is posting, they will always be trying to raise your rent within a few months, I always got a letter asking if I wanted to pay more and extend my lease, Don't fall for that.

I lived there a year ago and had similar problems to one of the Anonymous comments. The insulation is terribly thin - I could hear everything. I had the same person park in my spot for weeks until I finally contacted management. They told me to park in my spot because I was paying for it and it was mine. The first night I did, the person who kept parking in my spot called the towing company. I had a tow tag on my car window the next morning. Pissed off, I called the front office and yelled at them. That did nothing, and I never got my parking spot. I bought out my lease after one month of living in that hell hole. And I never got my deposit back, even though I left that place in better condition than I received it. Actually, I ended up paying extra!
