My buddy and I lived here 4 years and all the comments below are fairly accurate. Why would I still recommend after such bad reviews' Because all apartment complexes have their faults! If you decide to move in, make sure you get a good deal. The complex is old so make sure you see your unit and everything is up to your standards. Also, be ready to only have 1 parking spot and someone having to walk (Suggestion: the first person home takes a visitor spot and the last home can have the assigned spot). Make sure to get a top floor if you want it quiet. Otherwise, it will be noisy and you will be pounding on the walls to shut your neighbors up! If you can, get an apartment with a view! The complex is surrounded by trees and there a lot of units with great views.
With that being said, don't have high expectations. Hopefully you will not be there any longer than I was.

Oh yeah, don't waste your time getting to know the front desk... the turnover is higher the than in the Bush administration. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Give the new office staff a chance. They are doing the best they can to clean up the place! Plus I am in a renovated apt and luv it! Have lived here 3 yrs. Some of apts are old but soon all apts will look like mine and you can pay more to have it be new and still have a perfect place for you dog. Gotta luv having our own park, dontcha think? I work at MS and it is so close to everything without the steep prices. Check around, I did before I transferred last yr. I say live here and be well-Cheers!
