Decent, nothing special, but watch your security deposit.

At the time I moved in, this place was a steal (rent listed). By far the biggest apartment I looked at and the least expensive. They seemed to figure that out because when my lease was up, so was the rent, but it wasn't out of line for the area. I was on the top floor facing away from the road and had no noise problems. Office personnel were friendly, and what few problems I had were serviced quickly with no fuss. There was a lot of turnover in the staff -- I was there for a year and lost count of the number that came through -- but I never had problems with them. Given that you always see horror stories for any other complex you look up, I think this place is pretty much par for the course.
Parking is very tight, and people park cars all over the place, including fire lanes, in the evenings and on weekends. Annoying that they charge you extra for a carport, but it's worth it. If you have two cars, good luck.
They really played games with the security deposit on move-out, trying to charge me for cleaning and conditions that existed when I moved in. Do yourself a favor: Take pictures of the place before you move in, keep a copy of your move-in report, take pictures after you move out, and know your tenant rights. They'll want to charge for ordinary wear and tear to get the place back up to pristine condition for the next tenant.
