Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
They estimated my water bill way than actual use in my last month and demanded I pay it before I move out. The estimated use was almost twice the actual use and they wouldn't come and read the meter at the end of the month to verify that the bill should be lower.
They bill you based on the hot water you use. They have a small meter on the the hot water pipe coming out of your hot water tank in your appartment.
